2. Nature of This Website

Vardhman Agencies, trading as TentMart operates this website as a digital product catalog and enquiry tool for our wedding tent and event decor business. It is not a transactional e-commerce store. There is no online checkout and no payment is collected through this website.

Browsing the catalog, adding products to your cart and sending an enquiry does not create a contract of sale between you and TentMart.

3. Enquiries, Cart and Quote Requests

• Add to Cart simply builds a list of products you're interested in, so you can send one combined enquiry instead of asking about each item separately.
• Send Enquiry on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message summarising your cart, for you to review and send yourself.
• Submitting an enquiry, whether through WhatsApp or our enquiry form, is a request for information or a quotation. It is not an order, and creates no obligation on TentMart to supply goods until we've confirmed availability, pricing and terms with you directly.

4. Product Information and Availability

We describe and photograph our products to represent them as accurately as we can. Actual products, including fabric shade, print, finish or size, may vary slightly from what's shown online due to manufacturing batches, screen display differences, or ongoing product improvements.

Customization requests are subject to a separate discussion with our team, and may involve minimum order quantities, lead times, or feasibility limits depending on the product.

5. Pricing

No prices are displayed on this website. Pricing is shared directly by our team once you send an enquiry, and can vary based on quantity, customization, delivery location and prevailing costs at the time. Any price we quote is valid only for the period stated when it's given to you.

6. Orders, Payment and Delivery

Once you decide to proceed based on a quote, we'll share order confirmation, payment and delivery terms with you separately, outside this website, by phone, WhatsApp, email or invoice, following our standard business practice.

Delivery timelines discussed during your enquiry are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to product availability, your location, transporter schedules, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, product photography, graphics, layout, page design and the underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Vardhman Agencies, trading as TentMart and is protected under Indian copyright law.
