This Privacy Policy explains how Vardhman Agencies, trading as TentMart ("TentMart", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website and use our catalog, cart and enquiry tools.

TentMart is a product catalog and lead-generation website for our wedding tent and event decor business. We do not run an online store and we do not collect payments through this website. Browsing is open to everyone and no account or sign-up is required.

• Information you give us directly, when you submit our enquiry form or send us a WhatsApp message from the site: your name, phone number, email address, delivery location and the products or quantities you're asking about.
• Cart contents, the products and quantities you add while browsing, stored in your browser only, until you choose to send them to us.
• Technical and usage data, collected automatically through analytics tools, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you.

We do not collect payment card details, bank details or government ID numbers through this website, since no transaction takes place on the site itself.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiry and share quotes, availability and delivery details
• process and dispatch orders once these are confirmed with you directly
• contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about an enquiry or order
• understand how visitors use our catalog, so we can improve it

4. Cart Data and Local Storage

Products you add to your cart are saved in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. That means your cart stays on the device you're using and isn't visible to us until you act on it.

When you tap Send Enquiry on WhatsApp, your cart is turned into a pre-filled message that opens in WhatsApp for you to review. Nothing is sent to us until you personally hit send inside WhatsApp.

5. WhatsApp, Analytics and Other Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this website:

• WhatsApp Business: our WhatsApp buttons open a chat with a pre-filled message. Once you send it, that conversation is carried over WhatsApp's own systems and is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy, not ours.
• Google Analytics: aggregated, cookie-based usage statistics that help us understand which pages are useful. This data is not used to identify you personally.
• Google Places: we display our own Google Business reviews on the homepage using Google's API. This does not involve collecting any data about you as a visitor.
• Email delivery provider: when you use our enquiry form, your submission is routed to our team through a transactional email service, solely to notify us of your enquiry.
• Hosting provider: our website is hosted on third-party infrastructure, which may log standard technical data such as IP address and request time for security and performance purposes.

• Essential storage: your cart is kept in local storage so it doesn't reset every time you reload the page. This is necessary for the cart to work and isn't used for tracking.
• Analytics cookies: used to measure site traffic and usage patterns. You can disable these through your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to browse or send enquiries.
• We do not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, fulfil any resulting order, and meet our accounting and record-keeping obligations under Indian law. After that, it is deleted or anonymised in the ordinary course of our data housekeeping.
