Tent Mart is an in-house manufacturer and B2B wholesale supplier of wedding and event products, operating from Delhi and serving event businesses across 28 states. We supply tent house owners, caterers, banquet halls, decorators and resellers with everything their business needs, from banquet furniture and tent curtains to catering essentials, stage decor and fabric.
Over 40 years we have built the capability to source directly, manufacture in-house and supply across India, giving our customers better products at better prices than the market offers. Our showroom in Delhi has been open since 1990, stocking over 2000 products ready for immediate dispatch.

Delhi Ki Ek Chhoti Dukaan Se, Desh Ke Trusted Naam Tak.
Jai Prakash Jain and Vinay Kumar Jain founded Vardhman Agencies in Delhi in 1986, the firm that would eventually become Tent Mart. A small operation. A big belief. Built with their own hands, on the ground, on paper, everywhere. The showroom at Khazoori Khas opened around 1990 and has been the address of the business ever since.
2001 · The Pivot
When the government shut the mills, we didn't shut down.
In 2001-02, the MCD banned dyeing mills across Delhi. For most businesses in the industry, it was a body blow. For Vardhman Agencies, it was a turning point. The chair manufacturing and dyeing plant closed. But instead of stepping back, the business stepped forward, starting an in-house stitching unit and adding jaimala manufacturing. A forced closure became a new capability.
2005 · Direct Sourcing
We went directly to the source.
Around 2005, Tent Mart began sourcing directly, cutting out middlemen entirely. Products that competitors were buying through traders at inflated prices, we were bringing in ourselves. Better quality. Better prices. Products the market hadn't seen before. It was the decision that separated Tent Mart from every other supplier in Delhi.
2013 · Pan India
From Delhi to everywhere.
Tent Mart began participating in major trade exhibitions across India: Delhi, Hyderabad, Patna, Rajasthan. For the first time, buyers across the country could see the range, touch the products and meet the team without travelling to Delhi. The brand grew beyond the showroom. The relationships grew beyond the city.
2024 · And Beyond
40 years of trust, now on every screen, in every city.
On 24 April 2024, @thetentmart launched on Instagram. Daily product reels, industry knowledge, real inventory on display. The third generation took four decades of ground-level trust and put it where every buyer in India could see it, their phone screen.
Today, Tent Mart is a complete event supply house: 2000+ products, 28 states served, 1 lac+ orders fulfilled. The showroom in Delhi is the same address it has always been. The promise is the same one the Jain family made in 1986.

He founded Vardhman Agencies in Delhi in 1986, built a manufacturing and supply operation from scratch, and backed the city as the future of the event industry when others couldn't see it. His vision became the foundation that two generations have built on ever since. Every product in our showroom today exists because one man had the courage to start.

Vinay Kumar Jain built Vardhman Agencies with his own hands, on the ground, on paper, in the showroom, in every relationship forged over four decades. He is the reason Tent Mart exists.
