Entry Theme

Entry themes available

Shree Krishna entry. Two large fiber Krishna figures are placed on either side of the backdrop behind the bride's throne. The Krishna motif creates a spiritual, devotional aesthetic that resonates deeply at traditional Hindu weddings. The green and gold colour palette of the Krishna theme coordinates with the bride's traditional attire and the overall decor of the ceremony.

Horse entry. Seven fiber horses are positioned in front of the trolley, creating the visual of a royal procession as the bride arrives. The horse entry is one of the most dramatic and widely requested themes: the scale of seven horses moving together with the bride on the throne behind them creates an arrival that fills the entire hall visually.

Peacock entry. The peacock theme uses fiber peacock figures and decorative panels to create a vibrant, colourful entry setup, suited to modern and contemporary wedding aesthetics where rich colour and visual detail are the priority.

Other themes are available. Contact us to discuss specific design requirements and we will advise on what is in current stock and what can be customised.

Who buys entry theme trolleys

Tier 1 banquet hall owners are the primary buyers: an entry theme trolley is a premium fixed asset that elevates the wedding package to a level that justifies top tier pricing. A Shree Krishna or horse entry at a premium banquet hall creates a moment clients specifically book the venue for and share widely on social media. Tier 1 tent house owners who serve high value wedding clients buy entry themes as their signature premium offering: the entry moment that sets their service apart from every competitor in the market. Decorators who manage full wedding setups for premium clients order entry themes as part of a complete decoration package. This product sits firmly in the premium segment: the buyer is always someone serving the top end of their local wedding market.

What to check before buying entry theme trolleys

Theme selection and design quality. The fiber decoration on the trolley is the entire visual: the quality of the fiber casting, the sharpness of the statue detailing, and the quality of the paint and finish determine how the theme reads under hall lighting and in photographs. A poorly finished Krishna figure or a roughly cast horse loses the impact of the entire entry moment. Check the finish quality carefully before ordering.

Wood base and wheel quality. The wood base carries the full weight of the decoration, the throne, and the bride. It must be solid, properly constructed, and stable under load. The wheels must roll smoothly and quietly: a trolley that rattles, sticks, or veers off course during the entry creates a moment of chaos in what should be a perfectly choreographed arrival. Test the wheel mechanism before accepting delivery.

Throne comfort and stability. The bride sits on the throne for the full duration of the entry, which may be a slow, extended procession through a large hall. The throne must be comfortable, stable, and properly secured to the trolley base. A throne that wobbles or slips during the entry is not acceptable.

Size and hall compatibility. Entry theme trolleys, particularly the horse entry with seven figures in front, require significant floor space to move through the hall. Confirm that the trolley dimensions are compatible with the entry corridor and aisle width of your typical venue before ordering.
